The Drift Index
Find out how far you have drifted from how you were built to perform.
Waking up tired? Reaching for a third coffee just to think clearly? Telling yourself this is simply what happens as you get older?
Most of us have drifted so far from what our brains need to perform that we have stopped noticing the cost.
The Drift Index measures that cost across five science-backed levers. Not to judge where you are, but to show you exactly where your thinking, focus and energy are being depleted and what to do about it.
Built for
Anyone whose work depends on the quality of their thinking, including knowledge workers, leaders and professionals.
Informed by the research of
Andrew Huberman (Stanford). Matthew Walker (UC Berkeley). Rachel and Stephen Kaplan (University of Michigan). John Ratey (Harvard). Amy Arnsten (Yale). Satchidananda Panda (Salk Institute).

Choose your focus lever
This is the start, not the answer.
Seeing your drift changes nothing on its own. Left as it is, your weakest lever keeps draining the other four and the gap between where you are and where you could be quietly widens.
Open one lever free now, with your starting step and a focus habit. The Drift Reset Programme opens all five and guides you through them one lever at a time. A reset, with a rhythm that makes the habits stick and a re-measure each cycle, so you watch your score climb instead of hoping for change.
Why I built this
I used to wake up tired and assume it was just age. It was not. I had drifted, and like most of us I had stopped noticing.
When I rebuilt these five levers, one habit at a time, everything changed. I stopped needing an alarm. I train at dawn, chase my children around, lead a team and run a coaching business, with capacity to spare. This is not willpower. It is rhythm. The Drift Reset is how you get there.

Recovery is not the opposite of performance. It is the engine of it.
The people who thrive in an AI-accelerated world will not be the ones who use it to work longer. They will be the ones who use the time it gives back to think clearer, recover better and show up as the most capable version of themselves. The Drift Index is where that starts.
